1 Customers may disable and enable Virtual Private
Servers at their own discretion by contacting our support
staff. This service is provided to our Customers free of charge.
The re-enabling charge only applies if a member of our staff
disables a Virtual Private Server. Our staff will disable
a Virtual Private Server if it is in violation of the terms
of our Customer Agreement, Billing, Acceptable Use, Resale,
or other policies,
2 Our triple backup system typically retains one
to two two days of file backups online on disk storage. Customers
can restore online disk backups free of charge. We charge
the file restoration fee when you request that we restore
files from offline backup tapes.
