about
Resale policy
-
Our Customers are responsible for collecting payments
from their end users, if any. Customers are, in turn,
responsible for payment directly to us for the full amount
of their monthly bill. If a Customer's end user is delinquent
with payment to the Customer, the Customer may request
a Server account to be disabled until payment is received.
If a Server is disabled, all subhosts operating on that
server will be disabled. Please keep this in mind as you
request a Server account to be disabled.
-
The Customer agrees to pay us a monthly Service Fee
for the services we provide based upon the current Price
Schedule. The Service Fee is billed to you at the beginning
of each month and is due no later than the fifteenth day
of the month in which the Service Fee is billed. Your
first month of service will be prorated according to the
number of days you had an active Server account during
the first month. The Service Fee is subject to adjustment,
with notice, according to the current Price Schedule.
-
If a Customer requests termination of a Server account,
the Service Fee is not prorated for the final month and
the monthly fee is still applicable. Please keep this
in mind as you request a Server account to be terminated.
-
Reconciliation will still be allowed for up to 60 days
after the original date of the invoice in question. In
other words, you do not forfeit the right to question
an invoice once it has been paid. If payment is received
on time, and afterwards (within the 60 day time frame)
you discover an error on the part of Studio 32 and notify
us of this error, it can then be corrected. Please remember
that if you are responsible for the error (i.e. typo in
domain name), you must contact our service department
immediately (within 3 days of the error) to receive a
credit for the error.
-
Should an end user of a Customer request to become one
of our Customers, the end user is subject to the following,
unless the Customer specifically waives these requirements
for the end user:
-
The new Customer (previous end user) must order
a new Server with a new IP address and pay all applicable
setup fees for the Server(s) and for any additional
products the Server had (i.e. , SSL, etc.).
-
A new Customer (previous end-user) must order additional
Servers and IP addresses for any other Servers and
virtually sub-hosted accounts that may be involved,
and pay the applicable set up fees as though the accounts
were being set up for the first time, including sub-host
charges.
-
A new Customer must close any accounts with their
previous Customer according to the standard procedure
for that particular Customer. The new Customer should
ensure that their balance is paid in full to their
previous Customer. Should the previous Customer prove
that there is an outstanding balance, the Servers
that have been ordered will be placed on hold until
the accounts have been paid in full.
-
If one Customer is transferring all of their Virtual
Private Servers to a second Customer account, the first
Customer account balance must be $0.00 before the transfer
can take place.
